Normal Delivery
Orders placed in the Netherlands normally will be delivered within 5-7 working days. For other countries 10 working days. The duration is meant as an indication and cannot be seen as an actual deadline. However, we promise that the final delivery period will never exceed the specified delivery period by more than seven days except in case of force majeure.
24 Hours Delivery
We do strive to send all orders within 24 hours from the moment an online order is received. Orders coming in during the weekend or Holiday seasons will be send within the period as mentioned under normal delivery
Free Shipping Offer
is valid on all orders more than €100/US $150/UK £100 and applies to standard ground shipping orders only. To qualify free shipping the total order must be more than €100/US $150/UK £100 after any discounts are applied. Taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount.
Flat Rate Shipping
€5 flat rate shipping is valid on orders €100/UK £100 and less applies to standard ground shippingand only for orders shipped in the Europinion Union. €7,50 flat rate shipping is valid on orders €100 and less applies to standard ground shipping and only for orders shipped in Europe. €10 flat rate shipping is valid on orders €100/US $150 and less applies to standard ground shipping and only for orders shipped outside Europe.
